One plan at $65 a month: four seasonal visits a year, the parts we use on those visits, and a photo report after each one. Here is what's included, the limits that keep the price fair, and what sits outside the plan.

Not included
- Licensed trade work. HVAC repair, plumbing repair, electrical work, pest control and chimney work aren't part of the plan. If we spot something, we'll photograph it, explain it in your report and point you to someone qualified.
- Repairs and extra services. Anything beyond the visit checklist is quoted first. Nothing extra is done or billed without your OK.
- Replacing equipment. We change filters and batteries; we don't replace detectors, locks, thermostats or appliances as part of the plan.
- A home inspection. Visits are preventive maintenance. They don't guarantee your home is free of problems.
Billing and scheduling
- $65 a month, billed monthly, starting at your first visit. Prefer to prepay for the year? Ask us when we call.
- Visits are scheduled each season. We offer you a window and confirm by text. You don't need to be home.
- Nothing is charged when you sign up. We call to schedule your first visit, send you the member agreement, and take the first payment at that visit.
Flexible membership. No annual commitment.
Your Arc membership is $65 a month, with one scheduled maintenance visit every three months. You can cancel at any time, and your membership will end after your current three month service period.
If you cancel before the end of that period, any remaining monthly payments for the period will still be charged. There are no cancellation fees or additional charges beyond your current service period.
