About these terms

By using archomesc.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website and the waitlist only. If you become a member, your service is covered by a separate member agreement that we will give you before billing starts.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create a membership, reserve a visit date or obligate you or us to anything. We use the information you give us to contact you about availability in your area. We may not be able to serve every ZIP code, and we may change our service area, schedule and pricing before we open booking.

Information on this site

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is provided for general information and may change. The sample report is an illustration of what a report looks like and is not a report for a real home. Nothing on this site is professional engineering, inspection, legal or insurance advice.

What we do and do not do

Our visits cover preventative maintenance tasks that do not require a trade license. We do not perform work that requires a license, such as HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical work, pest control or chimney sweeping, and we will refer you to a licensed professional when we find something that needs one. Our visits are not a home inspection and do not guarantee that your home is free of problems.

Membership and cancellation

Flexible membership, with no annual commitment. An Arc membership is $65 a month, with one scheduled maintenance visit every three months. You can cancel at any time, and your membership will end after your current three month service period.

If you cancel before the end of that period, any remaining monthly payments for the period will still be charged. There are no cancellation fees or additional charges beyond your current service period. Full membership terms are in the member agreement we give you before billing starts.

Using the site

Please use the site only for lawful purposes and give us accurate information when you fill out a form. Do not try to disrupt the site, access it in unauthorized ways, or submit information about someone else without their permission.

Our content

The Arc Home Services name, logo, photos, text and design belong to us. You may view and share links to this site, but please do not copy or reuse our content without our written permission.

Links to other sites

This site may link to or use services from other companies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties and limits on liability

The site is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Arc Home Services is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
